Methyl B-Complex by QuickSilver Scientific

This innovative formula contains B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (as riboflavin 5-phosphate), B3 (as equal mix of niacin and niacinamide), B5 (as calcium pantothenate), B6 (as pyroxadal 5-phosphate), B7 (biotin), B9 (as folinic acid), B12 (as methylcobalamin), betaine anhydrous (trimethylglycine), and hydroethanolic extract of milk thistle. Nothing like this has ever been done!

Our liposomal B-Complex is the first of its kind to pack such a complex array of B-vitamin chemistry into a single, comprehensive product. Our use of folinic acid along with activated forms of B2 and B6, methyl B12, and trimethylglycine provides all of the factors necessary for healthy methylation processes, without forcing methylation or creating “methyl traps.” Also novel to the industry, our use of milk thistle extract balances gall bladder/bile flow with the liver up-regulation brought about by B-vitamins.

All the B vitamins play a role in mitochondrial function, and deficiencies may be associated with oxidative stress and mitochondrial damage.* Although many of the B vitamins are present in the diet particularly in an era of “food fortification,” a large portion of the population still experiences deficiencies, particularly of B6, B12, and folate. Deficiencies may be attributable to age, hypochlorhydria, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, alcohol use, poor nutritional intake, and use of medications such as proton-pump inhibitors, diuretics, metformin, and hormonal contraceptives. Genetic polymorphisms also may impact the ability of specific forms of B vitamins (e.g. folic acid used in food fortification and in cheap vitamin supplements) to meet the body’s needs.* *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The activated form of B2 (riboflavin 5’-phosphate) with B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folate (as folinic acid), methylated B12 and trimethylglycine provide the factors necessary for healthy methylation processes without creating “methyl traps” or hypermethylation symptoms.*

Milk thistle supports hepatic metabolism and detoxification, enhancing bile flow to match with the potentiation of hepatic detoxification reactions that B vitamins may induce.*

Folinic acid, a tetrahydrofolic acid derivative, provides a form of folate which circumvents genetic issues that affect folate transport or metabolism.* Quicksilver Delivery Systems™ optimizes bioavailability with the liposomal delivery format, bypassing gastrointestinal problems that adversely impact B vitamin absorption for many, delivering the phospholipid-encased B vitamin package directly into circulation.*

The phospholipids delivered with the B complex vitamins nourish the membranes of the cells, ensuring proper function for the absorption of nutrients and the excretion of cellular waste products and toxins.*

If pregnant, consult physician before use.
